A: We manufacture pressure vessels, storage tanks, dosing skids, wastewater treatment skid systems (SWRO, BWRO, MEMPACK, BIOPACK), HVAC ducting, piping spools, FRP tanks, GRP/GRE pipes, scrubbers, chimneys, and electrical panels including PLC and MCC assemblies. We also supply a range of mechanical commodities through our Trading & Supply vertical.
A: We work with clients in the water & wastewater treatment sector, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage processing, textile & paper mills, and agro-tech industries. If your application involves process equipment, chemical handling, or heavy fabrication, we’re likely relevant.
A: Custom fabrication is, honestly, the larger part of what we do. Standard configurations exist for some products, but most orders involve client-specific dimensions, materials, nozzle schedules, or pressure ratings. Our design team works from your datasheets, P&IDs, or specifications and develops a fabrication drawing for your review before any work begins.
A: We hold ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, and ASME U, H & R Stamp certifications for pressure equipment. We’re also MSME registered (UDYAM-KA-03-0027491) and GST compliant. Material test certificates and third-party inspection reports are provided with every order.
A: As per each project’s Quality Assurance Plan, we commission PMI (Positive Material Identification), LPT (Liquid Entrant Testing), RT (Radiographic Testing), and UT (Ultrasonic Testing) through accredited third-party testing agencies. All reports become part of the project documentation package.

A: Yes. While our facilities are in Bangalore (head office) and Mumbai (manufacturing), we supply and deliver across India. For large or sensitive equipment, we coordinate packed truck or flatbed transport with appropriate rigging and load securing.
A: Yes. Our Mumbai facility handles metallic fabrication including carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex materials, as well as FRP moulding, rubber lining, and GRP component manufacture. Having both capabilities under one roof simplifies supply for projects that need both material types.
